滁州新华海型材铸造有限公司（以下简称该公司）是由上海上大热欣科技发展有限公司控股，有当地知名企业家、有关大学教授共同出资成立的。上海上大热欣科技发展有限公司是由上海大学的产、学、研相结合的高新技术企业，在材料、热处理研究方面拥有20多年的实践经验，有多名员工曾在上海大学任教材料和热处理的教授，并有多项发明专利和高科技含量较高的产品。当地知名企业家在安徽省滁州市创业多年，并有出色的业绩，得到当地政府和市民的一致好评。该公司还与设在西安理工大学的“全国水平连铸棒料推广中心”联手，进行棒料的科研和开发。投资该公司的各方都是在“连铸棒料”行业中科研和经济实力堪称佼佼者。投资各方响应国家有关以长三角地区为龙头“开发西部、振兴东北、崛起中部”的号召下，经过实地考察，选择具有良好投资环境的安徽省滁州市“来安工业园区”，设立了该公司。选择了以沿海开发市场与西部一起研发拥有自主创新的专利，选择中部作为产业化基地的发展之路。

该公司占地20亩，建筑面积4200平方米，生产面积2700平方米，办公及生活面积1500平方米，投资一千多万。目前已购置的主要生产设备有（也是全国唯一一家具有先进的拉拔设备）：3吨中频熔炼炉两台，5吨行车两台，成型生产线一条，中罩炉一台；检验设备有：抛光机两台，F20光谱仪，洛氏硬度计，金相显微镜各一台。该公司不仅硬件条件好，软件方面更具实力，拥有一批经验非常丰富，专业技术特别过硬的生产经营班子和专家教授。该公司注重创新，CrMoCu合金连铸棒料和高硼磷合金连铸棒料都是最新研究出来的新材料，具有国内首创，甚至是国际先进的特点，用途广泛，不仅可以用于空调活塞的生产，达到在价格便宜的基础上同国外进口材料的性能一样，还可以适用与铁路，电动车及先进装备的机械部件等，市场潜力非常大。凭借强强联手的投资、厂房设备的齐全，管理人员的专业，该公司以只争朝夕的干劲与科学态度，实现当年动工、当年竣工、当年投产的目标。预计生产能力达每年1万吨，产值可达每年7000万元。

Chuzhou Xin Hua-hai Continuous Casting Co.Ltd is under the operation of Shanghai Rexin Science-Tech development Co.Ltd Shanghai University and co-founded with some local well-known entrepreneurs and university professors. Shanghai Rexin Science-Tech development Co.Ltd is a high-tech enterprise integrating the productions, theories and researches of Shanghai University, and having more than 20 years’ practical experience in the field of materials and heat treatment research and development, some experts who were the professors of materials and heat treatment at Shanghai University, many patented inventions, and high-tech high-quality products. The local well-known entrepreneurs have been in the business for years and already had some outstanding achievements and good reputation in Chuzhou. The company is also collaborating with “The Center for Research and Spread of China Continuous Casting and Rolling Austenpered Ductile Iron” of Xi’an University of Technology in casting bar research and development. The investors of the company are all the leaders in “continuous casting” industry relying on their advanced technology and financial capability. After first-hand investigating, the investors finally chose Lai’an Industrial Park in Chuzhou as the place to set up the company. In addition, the company is going to locate the industrial base in the central China, develop the markets along the east coast, and innovate and patent technologies in west China.

 

The company site covers ⁴/₃ hectare including 4200 square meters of building area, 2700 square meters of production area, 1500 square meters of working and living area. The total investment of the site is estimated over RMB 10 million . At present, the production equipments that the company has purchased and installed include two 3 tons’ intermediate frequency smelters, two 5 tons’ traveling cranes, one molding product line, etc (The company is also the only one that has the advanced drawing equipments in China). Testing apparatuses include two polishing machines, one F20 spectrograph, one Rockwell hardness tester, and one metallomicroscope. The company is not only provided with advanced hardware equipments, but also supported by the even better software establishment. The company has a group of experienced and specialized production/operation team, experts and professors. Moreover, the company is highly focused on innovation. CrMoCu alloy continuous cast bar and B-P alloy continuous cast bar both are recent developed materials with an internationally recognized high standard. Both can be used in the production of pistons for air condition, railway, electric motor car as well as the mechanical parts of the advanced equipment, etc. Both have a vast potential market. Relying on the huge investment, complete equipments, professional management, the drive and attitude of “seize every minute”, the company is achieving the goal of starting the project, accomplishing the project and put into production within the same year. The estimated throughput reaches 10 thousand tons with a 70 million RMB production value per annum.
